Job description
Due to the strong growth of our organization, we are looking for a Sales Support Employee. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting administrative activities in the field of order intake (back office).
As a Sales Support Employee you are responsible for, among other things:
- Entering orders
- Confirming orders
- Monitoring & updating order portfolio
- Approving orders for invoicing
- Preparing various weekly lists
- Contributing to operational meetings (incidental)
- Answering questions for current orders (by e-mail and telephone)
- Handling complaints or escalating to a colleague if it concerns a complex issue
