Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar job.
- Education at MBO+ level, preferably in ICT or system administration.
- Good knowledge of IT, hardware, and systems like Office, Windows AD, and SharePoint.
- Able to speak and write in Dutch and English.
- Willing to do basic computer tasks.
- Comfortable doing physical work, such as installing and setting up hardware.
- Experience with ConnectWise is a plus.

Job description
As an IT Support Engineer, you help make sure our computer systems and digital tools work well every day. With your support, our teams can do their jobs without technical problems. You also help improve how we work with IT by sharing ideas and working together with colleagues.
What you will do:
- Work with external IT partners to keep our systems and networks running smoothly.
- Be the first contact for users who have IT problems—solve issues quickly or send them to the right person.
- Install, set up, and manage hardware for employees and make sure everything connects properly to the network.
- Help colleagues use software correctly and look for new tools that can make our work easier.
- Listen to user needs and turn their feedback into simple, practical IT solutions.
- Handle urgent technical issues to keep our work running without interruptions.
- Look for ways to improve our IT processes and suggest better solutions.

You will join a small team that works to keep our IT systems running smoothly and supports users in the organization. You will work closely with your team and external partners to make sure our IT systems are efficient and effective.
