Job description
The key user ISAH is the first point of contact for questions, calamities and disruptions by ISAH users. You address acute problems for users, keeping disruptions to a minimum.
As the key user ISAH you are responsible for improving and capturing processes within the Service Center in various areas. You research, analyze and propose improvements and developments in consultation with the users.
You are responsible for providing training of ISAH to employees within the Service Center. In collaboration with others you are responsible for compiling training material, manuals and instructions. You ensure an orderly and efficient course of processes. You consult with various (operational) units for solutions, training and improvement opportunities.
