Job description
We are looking for a talented Sales Engineer to join HQ Pack’s Sales team. As a Sales Engineer, you establish the connection between the technical questions of our strategic customer and our internal teams. By networking with our customers you get to understand their needs, and thanks to your knowledge of our strengths and products you can translate those needs into chances for HQ Pack. In doing so you deliver customized solutions to the customers packing challenges.
Your duties as Sales Engineer include:
- First point of contact regarding all technical questions of the customer
- Supervising projects and elaborating, issuing and following up on quotations with input from the project office and sales department
- Maintaining and further developing customer relationships
- Meeting our customers’ needs by advising in the field of materials, product groups and/or service
- Ensuring correct and timely communication between the departments so that the production process runs smoothly
