Job Requirements

- Higher professional education (HBO/WO) with a degree in technical business management, business economics, or supply chain management.
- Broad knowledge of various operational (production) processes.
- Strong affinity with IT and systems, including experience with Office, ERP systems, and preferably ISAH business software.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, and implement process improvements.
- Familiarity with safety standards, operational excellence, Lean, and 5S principles.

Job description
As a Business Process Engineer, you will be responsible for providing training, coaching, and support to global (key) users within the organization on various software packages and systems, including ISAH. You will develop training materials, programs, and manuals, ensuring that users adhere to established protocols and best practices. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve (acute) issues to minimize disruptions to operations. Your role will involve initiating and facilitating improvement activities, both within your team and across operational departments, to optimize business processes. You will collaborate closely with different departments to identify training needs, improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with safety standards and company values.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting training sessions, coaching, and providing support to global (key) users on various software packages and systems, such as ISAH.
- Developing comprehensive training materials, programs, and manuals to facilitate user understanding and adoption of new technologies.
- Ensuring adherence to established protocols and best practices among users, and monitoring compliance with agreed-upon procedures.
- Promptly addressing and resolving (acute) issues to minimize disruptions to operations and maintain business continuity.
- Proactively identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency gains, and making recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Initiating and facilitating improvement activities within your team and across operational departments to optimize business processes.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to assess training needs, identify improvement opportunities, and support organizational development initiatives.
