The machining work itself is not highly complex, but we are looking for someone who understands machinery and enjoys keeping equipment in optimal condition. Experience as a machine operator, maintenance technician, or in a similar technical role is therefore a strong advantage.
You will have the opportunity to learn CNC machining, expand your technical knowledge, and grow within the organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Operate CNC woodworking machines
- Process wood and sheet materials according to technical drawings and specifications
- Monitor product quality and dimensional accuracy
- Perform basic machine maintenance and preventative checks
- Identify and resolve minor machine issues
- Ensure a safe and organized working environment
- Contribute ideas for process and equipment improvements
Your team
You will join a dedicated and close-knit team of woodworking professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship and collaborate closely to deliver high-quality industrial packaging solutions. Team members support one another, share knowledge, and work together to continuously improve processes and equipment.
Whether you already have some CNC experience or are looking to take the next step from a machine operation or maintenance role, you'll find plenty of opportunities here to develop your technical skills and build a long-term career.
