Job Requirements

Job description
As Head of Sales & Engineering, you will define and execute the commercial and technological strategy for our European operations. Reporting directly to the Managing Director Europe, you will lead a team of senior professionals and drive growth through innovation, customer focus, and technical excellence. Your role combines strategic leadership, business development, and engineering oversight to ensure a future-proof product and service portfolio.
Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement commercial and technological growth strategies for Europe.

Translate strategic objectives into actionable priorities and KPIs.

Build and maintain strategic customer relationships at C-level.

Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions with key accounts.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and data-driven decision-making.

Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and capacity planning.

Ensure ESG compliance and contribute to long-term sustainability goals.

Coach and develop senior professionals, fostering a culture of ownership and innovation.
Your team
You will lead approximately 10 direct reports and indirectly oversee around 100 professionals across Sales and Engineering. Together, you will shape the future of our European operations, working closely with the Managing Director and other senior leaders to achieve ambitious growth and innovation goals.
