Job Requirements
- Approximately 4–8 years of experience in HR, preferably in a broad role or as an HR Business Partner / HR Advisor
- Solid knowledge of employment law and HR processes
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Ability to operate across operational, tactical, and strategic levels
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where not everything is fully defined

Job description

As an HR Business Partner, you play a key role within our organization. You effortlessly switch between day-to-day operations and the bigger picture. You support managers—many of whom are still developing in their roles—and help them grow, while also addressing HR topics in a practical and effective way.
You are someone who takes initiative rather than waiting, someone who enjoys building, improving, and collaborating. You think in solutions and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting and advising managers and employees across the full spectrum of HR topics
- Coaching and guiding managers in their development, enabling them to take increasing ownership
- Handling operational HR tasks when needed, from case management to administrative processes
- Managing absenteeism cases and contributing to sustainable employability
- Identifying opportunities to improve HR policies and processes and translating these into concrete actions
- Contributing to HR projects and initiatives that further professionalize the organization
- Acting as a sparring partner for the business, balancing practical solutions with strategic direction
