Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in helping our Sales team with their administrative tasks. It is a role with a lot of variation, where you are responsible for the back office work for all customers (100+) that we work with. You strive for optimal customer satisfaction and you know how to enthuse and motivate your colleagues. You enjoy working in a relatively young organization where there is a lot of room for humor and fun.

As a Sales Support Employee you are responsible for, among other things:

• Processing incoming orders;
• Process new requests and draw up quotations;
• Managing expired invoices;
• Handling incorrect invoices and having credit invoices made;
• Keeping track of a number of important KPIs (including internal and external complaint communication and the RGA capacity) on a monthly basis;
• Managing and drafting customs documents for international customers;
• Customer contact by e-mail or telephone when necessary.
