As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll hold a critical position within our Sales department, reporting directly to the Team Leader Sales. While you won't oversee direct reports, you'll be entrusted with efficiently and effectively managing sales administration tasks. Your key responsibilities will encompass processing incoming orders, addressing customer inquiries, and meticulously maintaining customer accounts. Furthermore, you'll be the initial point of contact for inbound phone calls and will be tasked with promptly resolving customer issues.

Your responsabilities as an inside sales employee includes:

• Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve as the primary contact for incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate customer contact information.
• Handle incoming purchase orders and maintain internal mailboxes.
• Collect data for key performance indicators (KPIs) to support sales efforts
