Job description
Are you passionate about shaping the future of organizations through strategic Learning and Development initiatives? HQ Pack is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic intern to spearhead the creation of a comprehensive Learning and Development roadmap. This internship provides a unique opportunity to start from scratch, engaging with different departments and leaders to identify key competencies necessary for future success.
As a L&D Intern at HQ Pack, you will be responsible for:
Competency Matrix Development: Conduct interviews with departmental managers to understand the current and future skills needed within their teams. Analyze and synthesize information to create a comprehensive Competency Matrix.
Needs Analysis: Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify specific learning needs and gaps within each department. Assess existing training programs and recommend enhancements to align with future organizational goals.
L&D Roadmap Creation: Develop a strategic L&D roadmap for the years 2024 to 2026 based on identified competencies and needs. Propose innovative and effective learning solutions to address skill gaps and enhance employee capabilities.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with HR, departmental managers, and employees to ensure alignment between L&D initiatives and organizational objectives. Regularly communicate progress, findings, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
