Job description
As a Logistics Employee, you are responsible for executing logistics tasks independently, ensuring smooth, safe, and accurate goods flows. You support the team by guiding junior colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Goods Receipt & Inspection: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods. Register items in ISAH system.
- Order Picking – Sales: Collect products using a hand scanner, check accuracy, label, and prepare for external shipment.
- Order Picking – Production: Collect and deliver products internally to production departments, ensuring correct packaging and labeling.
- Expedition & Internal Logistics: Transport finished goods to warehouse or internal locations, ensuring smooth internal flow.
- Inventory Management: Identify stock discrepancies, support cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Instruction & Guidance: Provide instructions to new colleagues on processes, safety rules, and system usage.
- External Coordination: Support coordination of deliveries with external transport partners.
- Teamwork & Culture: Collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Propose improvements using Lean principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe workspace, follow safety protocols, and report incidents or unsafe situations.
