Job description
As a Logistics Employee, you are responsible for the smooth flow of goods within our organization. You ensure that incoming and outgoing materials are handled correctly and that products are stored in the right location.
You work with forklifts and other transport equipment, support internal departments, and help keep our warehouse organized and efficient. Together with your colleagues, you make sure our logistics processes run smoothly every day.
Your Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Receive, check, and register incoming goods
- Store materials and products in the correct warehouse locations
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments
- Supply materials to internal departments
- Perform inventory and stock control activities
- Complete logistics administration and registrations in the ERP system
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures
- Identify improvement opportunities and support process improvements
Your team
You will join a dedicated logistics team that plays an important role in the daily operations of Gebr. Nijssen. The team works closely together to ensure materials and products are available where and when they are needed.
The working environment is practical, supportive, and focused on teamwork. Everyone contributes to keeping the logistics process running smoothly, from receiving goods to preparing shipments for customers.
