Manager Production

Are you ready to lead and further develop our cleanroom departments in a dynamic growth phase? As the Production Manager for HQ Precision Cleaning, you will be responsible for overseeing the Cleanroom activities and leading a team of approximately 40 cleanroom employees. Your role involves coordinating, coaching, and ensuring the optimal performance of the cleanroom, with a focus on quality, progress, costs, development, and the effective utilization of personnel.

Your Duties as Production Manager includes: 

• Leadership and Coordination: Lead and coach cleanroom teams, emphasizing quality and efficiency while fostering collaboration for enhanced operational effectiveness.

• Process Optimization: Develop methodologies ensuring precision in CNC milling and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cultivate strong relationships across departments for a harmonious work environment, collaborating closely with CNC milling and other units to streamline processes.
