Job description
Step into the dynamic role of Manufacturing Engineer, where you'll take charge of driving efficiency and innovation in our production processes. You'll be the mastermind behind the scenes, independently crunching numbers, setting up production strategies, and fine-tuning our ERP system, ISAH, to ensure seamless operations.
As the go-to person for factory inquiries, especially during the creation of new prototypes, you'll be at the forefront of innovation. From planning and scheduling prototype production to liaising between design engineers and the production team, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our ideas to life.
But it doesn't stop there. We believe in fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Through a blend of structured training and hands-on coaching, you'll have the opportunity to sharpen your technical skills and expand your horizons.

- Dive into Technical Product Documentation (TPD) to ensure manufacturability
- Skillfully manage materials and labor in our ERP system
- Craft the perfect production process, from method to sequence
- Collaborate with suppliers for outsourcing needs
- Crunch numbers to determine commercial cost prices
- Translate TPD into actionable steps for the production team
- Provide hands-on guidance during production
- Skillfully handle feedback from internal stakeholders
- Spearhead the filing process for product releases, ensuring seamless volume production.
