Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for negotiation and a passion for optimizing procurement processes? HQ Group is looking for a skilled Tactical Buyer to join our dynamic team in Eindhoven. As a leading High Tech Packaging company, we are committed to excellence in strategic sourcing and procurement, and we're seeking a proactive individual to contribute to our success.
As a Tactical Buyer at HQ Group, you will play a key role in sourcing and procurement activities, ensuring the strategic acquisition of a diverse range of materials and products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Procurement: Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal conditions and prices. Manage supplier relationships to ensure ongoing performance and compliance.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring terms and conditions meet organizational requirements and mitigate risks.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, evaluate market trends, and inform procurement decisions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive value for the organization.
Your team
You will be an integral part of our collaborative and dynamic procurement team, working closely with the Manager of Supply Chain. While you will not have direct reports, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve procurement goals and support organizational objectives.
