Job Requirements
- MBO/MBO+ level education;
- Fluenty and in writing proficient in both Dutch and English;
- At least 2 years of experience supporting the sales process from an inside sales department;
- Experience with order processing, data entry, and contract management;
- Knowledge of administrative sales processes, quotation procedures, and ERP systems;
- Residing in the Netherlands and available to work on site.

Job description
Do you want to support the sales process from the inside sales department by providing quotes, information, and order processing? Do you excel in contract management, file management, and administrative support? Then this role as a Sales Employee in our Service Center is for you!
As a Sales Employee, you support the sales process from the inside sales force through administrative work and information exchange with customers. You report to the Sales Manager Service Center and do not provide leadership. You are responsible for monitoring and following up on orders, providing information to customers, and monitoring internal and external administrative processes within sales.
You will act as the first point of contact for existing customers, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, complaint handling, and accurate communication. - Providing quotes to existing customers in accordance with internal procedures;
- Monitoring sales contracts and managing file administration;
- Handling customer complaints, receiving, registering, and settling them in consultation with account managers;
- Informing customers about delivery times, scheduling, reconfirmations, and order movements;
- Executing sales administration, including creating credit notes, proofs of delivery, and discussing order books;
- Supporting debtor monitoring and building good customer relationships;
- Confirming, entering, and approving orders via the ERP system;
- Handling written communication to customers regarding orders and planning;
- Performing control activities and maintaining article, price, and offer administration;
- Maintaining and processing weekly invoices, compiling standard reports, and identifying process improvements.
Your team
You work within a driven inside sales department in our Service Center. Together with your colleagues and the Sales Manager, you support the account managers and ensure that all administrative, logistical, and commercial processes run seamlessly.
