We are looking for an Operations Manager for our new Service Center in Germany!
HQ Pack is actively seeking a dynamic individual to lead our newly to be established Service Center in Germany. If you thrive in challenging and new environments, possess outstanding leadership skills, and are driven by a passion for operational excellence, then this role is tailor-made for you! As the Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our new Service Center in Germany.
What you'll do:
- Set-up the new Service Center facility in Germany, including the planning and coordination of facility, cleanroom, and storage lay-out
- Build and lead an effective organization of professionals
- Actively and with a hands-on approach organize, monitor, and direct all refurbishment, cleaning, warehousing, logistics, and administration activities of the Service Center
- Represent HQ Pack with pride and passion, embodying our values and mission at every turn
