Job Requirements

- Knowledge of production planning and inventory management principles.
- Experience with planning software and ERP systems is a strong advantage.

Job description
As a Production Planner at our HQ Pack Service Center (part of HQ Group), you play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. You act as the central point of contact for customers regarding orders, changes, and issues. With your structured approach and strong planning skills, you ensure that production activities run seamlessly and customer expectations are met.
You will work directly with and under the guidance of our Senior Planner, alongside another Production Planner. The working atmosphere is informal, service-oriented, and collaborative. This is a daytime role.
During your first 100 days, you will focus on learning our organization, our customers, and our operational processes. From there, you help bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to the planning environment.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining production schedules aligned with customer demand, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
- Coordinating with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth production workflows.
- Monitoring and managing inventory, identifying opportunities to optimize stock levels and reduce excess.
- Collaborating with customer service teams to understand customer forecasts and demand patterns.
- Setting priorities and allocating resources together with the production team to ensure on-time delivery.
- Acting as a point of contact for production-related issues and providing timely and effective resolutions.

You will work closely with our Senior Planner, who will guide you through our processes and planning environment. Alongside your fellow Production Planner, you form a compact, supportive, and service-minded team. Together, you ensure optimal planning performance, smooth operations, and satisfied customers.
