Job description
As a Plastic Welder / Assembler at HQ Plastics, you will be creating high-tech plastic compositions by assembling in-house manufactured components using various welding techniques. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to the success of our production processes. This role involves collaborating with a team of skilled professionals to ensure the final products meet our exacting standards.
Do you have experience in a technical profession or are you a metal welder that wants to switch to plastic welding? Then we are looking forward to your application.
Your responsibilities as Plastic welder include:
- Assembling plastic components into advanced compositions using fusion, extrusion, and butt welding methods.
- Ensuring weld quality, dimensional accuracy, and adherence to established quality control procedures.
- Collaborating with the production team to streamline processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

HQ Plastics is the specialist in the field of plastic processing. Our core activity is CNC machining. We do this with CNC turning, milling and with combination machines. It is our mission to achieve the desired end product according to your specifications and in the most efficient way. Our strength lies in the production of small series orders to medium-sized orders and aim for short delivery times. In addition to plastic machining, we specialize in welding, finishing and assembling products. HQ Plastics can provide measurements reports and the corresponding material certificates and we have the opportunity to clean products to the desired grade.
We are active in various market segments, including the semiconductor industry, machine building, packaging industry, food industry and pharmaceutical industry.
