Job description
As a Quality Control Inspector, you ensure that all incoming materials, semi-finished products, and components meet the required standards before they enter the production process. You play a key role in preventing production loss and ensuring that only high-quality products reach our customers.
Your responsibilities include:
- Performing visual and manual inspections on incoming materials based on internal standards, drawings, and measurement tools
- Rejecting components that do not meet quality requirements
- Analyzing, assessing, and registering deviations in ISAH
- Communicating findings with Purchasing, Quality, and internal customers
- Handling returns for non-conforming products
- Conducting final quality checks on finished products before shipment
- Carrying out accurate administrative processing of all related tasks
Your team
You will be part of a dedicated production quality team and report directly to the Team Leader. You will work closely with Work Preparation, Logistics, Planning, Purchasing, and internal customers across different business units. You will also maintain direct contact with suppliers regarding deviations in delivered goods. Together, you ensure that only the highest-quality materials proceed into production.
