To be successful in this role, you bring the following qualifications:
- Multiple years of experience in quality control or quality engineering is a big plus
- Strong understanding of operations, quality management principles like ISO9001, PDCA
- Proficiency in using quality control tools
- Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards
- Effective communication skills and can work under high pressure
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring product quality
- Certification in Lean manufacturing is a big plus.
Furthermore, you work accurate and according to structure. Problem-solving and analytically skilled. You have strong social skills and are driven by facts and data.

Job description

HQ Group is a leading company. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our high demanding customers. To proceed this, we are looking for a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our Quality team.
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet and exceed the established quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, focusing on continuous improvement and maintaining a high level of product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assessments of products at various stages of the production process
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Participate in the development and improvement of quality assurance processes and methodologies
- Handling internal and external quality related complaints
- Assist in the development of quality documentation, including work instructions, checklists, and reports
- Perform internal and accompany external audits to monitor and assess process adherence to quality standards
- Participate in problem-solving efforts and support process improvement projects
- Communicate quality-related issues and provide regular reports to clients, suppliers and management
Your team
The Quality team consists of three colleagues Quality Control, two Quality Engineers, a QHSE Coordinator, a QC Team leader and the Quality Manager. The atmosphere is informal, we like doing nice things together, but we are also straight towards each other. We have a daily kick-off and a team meeting every other week. Your first 100 days it is important you will get to learn our organization, the processes and maintain documents and files.
