Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively anticipating customer needs and offering solution-oriented advice, highlighting the value of HQ Pack's offerings.
- Accurately preparing quotations and coordinating the entire order management process from start to finish, maintaining constant communication with colleagues from procurement, assembly, quality, and engineering to keep the customer informed.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements, proposing improvement suggestions, and discussing them with your colleagues.
- Participating in cross-departmental projects aimed at optimizing the entire organization.
