Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a team leader in logistics, warehouse, or another operational job
- Good communication in English (Dutch not needed)
- Experience with cleanroom or high-tech materials is nice to have, or willing to learn
- Knowledge of Lean or 5S is a plus
- BHV certificate is a plus
- Willing to work in two shifts
- Able to work safely and follow all cleanroom and company rules

Job description
As a Shift Leader Logistics, you help build and lead a new logistics team in our Service Center. You work with your team to make sure all materials are moved, stored, and prepared in the right way.
Your team supports cleanroom production, so working safely and clean is very important.
Your daily tasks
- Lead, coach, and help your team with daily work
- Make sure all materials are handled correctly: inbound, outbound, stock, staging, documentation
- Give clear instructions and short team meetings before and after shifts
- Work together with other Shift Leaders and departments like Production, Planning, and Quality
- Check safety, quality, and 5S standards and take action when needed
- Help with planning, onboarding new people, evaluations, improvement ideas, and solving problems
Your team
You will lead a new, international logistics team. The team is still growing, so you help set up the way of working. You work closely with other Shift Leaders and report to the Team Leader.
You make sure the team feels safe, supported, and motivated. Together, you make the logistics process smooth, clean, and well-organized.
