Job description
As a Team Lead Cleaning, you are responsible for the daily operation of the Industrial Cleaning department. You lead the team, organize the work, and make sure cleaning activities are done safely, on time, and according to quality standards.
You support your team, help solve problems, and create a safe and positive work environment. You also work closely with other departments to ensure an efficient workflow.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of around 30 employees
- Make sure daily work is planned and organized well
- Monitor safety, quality, and productivity
- Ensure employees follow PPE and safety rules
- Train and coach team members
- Support new employees during onboarding
- Handle daily shift handovers and team communication
- Solve operational issues and adjust priorities when needed
- Help improve processes using Lean and 5S principles
- Complete basic administrative tasks such as planning and reporting
