Job description

We are looking for a strong and engaged Team Lead Planning & Purchasing to support a growing team within planning and operational procurement. Someone who identifies opportunities for improvement — and takes immediate action.
You will lead a team of approximately 7 colleagues, ensuring clear priorities, realistic planning, and full control over workload and capacity. Your biggest impact will be in building a strong team and establishing effective ways of working.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and coaching the planning and purchasing team
- Creating insight into workload and capacity, translating this into achievable plans
- Optimizing production planning and operational procurement processes
- Safeguarding delivery reliability, quality, and cost efficiency
- Identifying and resolving process bottlenecks
- Collaborating closely with production, logistics, engineering, and sales
- Driving continuous improvement within the team and processes

You bring structure, set clear goals, and create an environment where people take ownership and support each other.
This is not a remote management role — you are visible on the shop floor and actively involved in daily operations.
Your team
You will be part of a growing and dynamic team within planning and operational purchasing. The team consists of approximately 7 professionals, working closely together to ensure smooth operations and reliable delivery performance.
You will collaborate intensively with cross-functional teams such as production, logistics, engineering, and sales, in an international and informal environment with short communication lines.
