To be successful in this versatile and responsible job role, you at least have:

- Education or additional courses in the field of logistics
- Experience within a production environment is an advantage
- Knowledge of ERP systems, ISAH is an advantage

Job description
As a Logistics Team Leader, you are operationally responsible for the daily management of appr. up to 30 logistics employees in 2 shifts, with the help of Shift Leaders. As a Teamleader, you are able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. You should lead by good example and engage the team to deliver high performance.
Your duties as a Logistics Team Leader include:
- Managing both Shiftleaders directly, indirectly the logistics employees
- Providing the proper instructions and facilitate training where needed
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitoring the (minimum) stocks and carrying out the ABC analysis
- Establishing, maintaining and improving department procedures and instructions
- Drawing up, maintaining and monitoring the established KPIs
We also expect you to monitor safety, create awareness and initiate improvements. You have (daily) contact with all internal departments about urgent orders, possible deviations and process improvements. You are in direct contact with suppliers about packaging and delivery methods. Occasionally you communicate directly with the customer about any issues.
You know better than anyone else how to find the right balance between required capacity and efficient work in order to meet the planning and continue growth. You initiate improvements to optimize the ERP system, you are responsible for the internal transport resources, ensure a clear warehouse layout and manage order and cleanliness.
