You will lead a small yet dedicated team within Precision Cleaning, collaborating closely with our Account Manager to drive results and exceed customer expectations. As a Team Lead, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork to ensure the success of our sales initiatives. Additionally, you will work alongside other departments to streamline processes, maintain quality standards, and address customer inquiries and escalations promptly.
